ATM & Debit Cards & Credit Cards

Citizens Bank offers ATMs at our Tucumcari location for our customers’ convenience. Withdrawals by Citizens Bank customers are free at this location.  Citizens Bank customers can use any MONEYPASS ATM without a fee.

MasterCard Debit Cards are available with all checking accounts by application and Bank approval.

The MasterCard card can be used for withdrawals at ATMs or for purchases at merchants throughout the United States and most foreign countries. The MasterCard Debit card can also be used for purchases via the internet, i.e. airline tickets, Ebay or other merchants.

Citizens Bank offers VISA Credit Cards for personal and business use.  Please apply at our nearest location.

Report Lost or Stolen Debit/Credit Card

During normal business hours (see Locations), contact any of our three locations to report a lost or stolen debit or credit card. During after business hours:

To report a lost or stolen Citizens Bank Visa Credit Card, call 1-800-325-3678.
To report a lost or stolen Citizens Bank Mastercard Debit Card, call 1-877-300-3509, Option #2. If you do not have the debit card number, wait until the system transfers you to an operator.
