As of January 25th, 2012, Citizens Bank is a part of the Allpoint Network. This provides you with a new, larger network of ATMs that you can use free of surcharges.
ATMs on the MoneyPass network will no longer be surcharge-free as of January 25th. The ATMs at our banking locations will remain surcharge free to our customers as always. The way you use your Citizens Bank Check Card at retail locations will not change.
Allpoint offers surcharge-free ATM transactions at 43,000 locations nationwide.
In Amarillo, surcharge-free, Allpoint ATMs are inside all Walgreens locations, as well as Target.
